The main in person box office service is relocating from the Visitor Information Centre to the Winding Wheel Theatre from Mon 29 Apr 2024.
The box office will be located in the Winding Wheel Theatre’s main foyer and the opening times will be Mon-Sat 10am-1pm and 1.30pm-3.30pm. Sundays and bank holidays closed.
The in person service is also open one hour before ticketed events to process transactions for that event.
The box office phone line (01246 345 222) is open Mon-Fri 9.30am-5pm and Sat 10am-3.30pm. Sundays and bank holidays closed.
